On the landing page, enter your pickup, drop-off, travel type, and pickup time. The system will show an estimated fare first.
Yes. You can get a quote first as a guest. After that, you will be asked to log in to confirm the booking.
You will be taken to the enquiry / quote page. From there you can:
- contact support on WhatsApp
- log in to confirm the booking
Customer login uses Account Name and password.
Google login is also available.
Yes. Customers need an active profile before bookings can fully proceed.
Customer profile activation currently uses WhatsApp. The app prepares a WhatsApp message for the user to send to support.
The current minimum lead time on the landing page quote form is 45 minutes from now.
After customer confirmation, the booking moves into the customer booking flow inside the app. A driver is assigned later by the platform / driver side workflow.
Driver details appear when a driver has been assigned to the booking. If no driver is assigned yet, the app shows that driver details are still pending.
Yes. The app has an ongoing trip / trip log flow. Customer and driver sides can receive trip updates during the ongoing stage.
We also keep the app flow simple with four booking stages:

Yes. WhatsApp is still used in some support and coordination steps, such as customer activation and quick support contact.
Users should contact the support WhatsApp number shown by the app.
Yes. Drivers will assist you with loading and unloading your luggage.

Passengers remain inside the vehicle during both Johor and Singapore immigration clearance, making the journey smoother and more convenient.
To avoid heavy traffic at the Causeway or Second Link:
- Weekdays before 5 PM are generally smoother
- Peak hours (morning and evening) may experience delays
